TEXTBOOK AGENT LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Textbook Agent LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Textbook Agent," "we," or "us," and the individual or entity ("you" or "your") engaging in the buyback of textbooks through Textbook Agent's services.

By participating in this buyback process, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Overview of Services

Textbook Agent LLC facilitates the buyback of textbooks through its online platform. You can use our services to sell textbooks (the "Textbooks") and receive an offer for their purchase, subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.

2. Eligibility and Requirements

To engage in a textbook buyback with Textbook Agent, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and the Textbooks you wish to sell.
• You must comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
• You must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including import and export laws.

Additionally, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into agreements and transfer ownership of the Textbooks you submit to us.

3. Product Eligibility

Textbook Agent determines the eligibility of Textbooks for purchase through its services, and this determination is made at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify the eligibility criteria for Textbooks at any time without prior notice.

4. Buyback Condition

Textbook Agent uses a single condition category, namely "Normal," to assess the condition of Textbooks for buyback purposes. If you have any questions about your Textbook's condition, please contact our customer support for guidance.

5. Valuation of Textbooks

All buyback offers provided by Textbook Agent are based on our evaluation of the Textbook's value, relying on the accuracy of the information you provide. You have the option to accept or reject the offered price. Acceptance indicates your willingness to sell the Textbook to Textbook Agent at the specified price. If you decline the offer, the transaction expires.

6. Submitting Textbooks for Buyback

When sending your Textbook to Textbook Agent for buyback, ensure that you include all related materials. Failure to include items you initially disclosed may impact the final buyback value and may result in a revised offer. If you send a Textbook reported as lost or stolen, you shall indemnify and hold Textbook Agent harmless from any resulting claims or liabilities.

7. Product Inspection and Offer Adjustment

Your Textbook must be delivered to the designated carrier within seven (30) days of accepting the original offer. Failure to do so will result in the offer's automatic expiration. Textbook Agent will inspect all received Textbooks. If a Textbook is rejected for any reason, the original offer becomes void. Textbook Agent reserves the right to provide a revised offer if the Textbook does not match the initial description. You can choose to accept the recalculated offer or have your Textbook returned to you.

8. Payment

Upon acceptance of the offer and successful inspection of the Textbook, Textbook Agent will provide payment according to the agreed-upon terms. Payment methods and processing times may vary.

9. Privacy and Data

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You consent to our use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

Textbook Agent reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you fail to comply with this Agreement or any other relevant policies.

11. Amendments

Textbook Agent may amend this Agreement at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
